Working together with, and guided by City and Guilds and Ofqual, we at Total Comms Training are closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We understand that delegates and companies may have queries or concerns as to how this may impact on booked courses, the delivery of any City and Guilds or EAL qualification(s) and any upcoming practical assessments/project work.
Total Comms Training will be guided by the advice given by the UK Government, the NHS and Public Health England. we are also working closely with City and Guilds and EAL, monitoring the situation and looking at and determining a range of contingency plans including digital delivery of some of our courses with the express intention, to ensure a consistent and effective response in the event of a major disruption. You have our assurance that will take all necessary steps to ensure that delegates are not disadvantaged in their training.
We will continue to assess the situation daily and will update you regularly to reflect any alternative arrangements, if required.
